How to request deletion

Big Bands is published by Dimovski Studio (Nikola Dimovski, sole proprietor, Serbia). All deletion requests are handled personally.

  1. Email us

    Send an email to hello@bigbands.app from the email address linked to your Google Play Games or Game Center account, if you have one, or from any address if you played anonymously.

  2. Use one of these subjects

    • Delete my account — removes everything: cloud save, leaderboard entries, analytics, support history.
    • Delete my data — keeps your account, wipes gameplay history and preferences.
    • Export my data — sends you a copy of everything on file, machine-readable.

  3. Confirm your identity

    We may ask you to confirm one or two identifiers (device model, first play month, linked Google account) so we're sure the request is really from you. Fraud protection, not a hurdle.

  4. We take care of it

    You'll get a confirmation email once your data is deleted — usually within a few business days, always within 30 days.

Haven't installed the app yet? If you only visited this website and want us to remove any analytics record of your visit, email us the same way.

What gets deleted vs kept

Deleted

  • Your cloud save (wallet, progress, unlocks, streaks)
  • Leaderboard entries under your account name
  • Achievement history
  • Purchase history stored on our side (billing records stay with Google Play / Apple)
  • Device identifiers linked to your account
  • Support conversation history
  • Anonymized analytics events tied to your device identifier

Kept

  • Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be tied back to you
  • Financial records required by Serbian tax and accounting law (retained up to 10 years)
  • Records required to defend against legal claims, if any exist at the time of deletion
  • Data held by third parties under their own retention policies (Google Play, App Store, ad networks) — see our Privacy Policy

Timeline

We aim to complete every request within a few business days. By policy, all deletion requests are fully processed within 30 days of receipt, in line with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA requirements.

Backups may retain deleted data for up to an additional 60 days before they are overwritten. During this window, your data is not accessible to any application or staff, and is not used for any purpose.

Questions or problems

If you don't receive a confirmation within 5 business days, or if you have any questions about what happens to your data, just reply to your original email or send a new one to hello@bigbands.app.
